depends on how good he is to a certain degree

if hes a basic 'splits' guy then he will be around 35-40k basic

if he's a centrif guy with yr's exp then he will be in 50-60k

this is regionally variable

i had a conversation with a guy from sydney saying a good tech could get 100+ but he never backed up his claim..

i was offered 21 bucks per hr x 40 = 800 x 52 =41,600 for a supervisor level job.

this seems to back up my feeling that the wages are quite poor considering that there's such a 'high demand' (which is why there is such a high demand in the first place perchance??)

cheers

Hi r.bartlett,
I like you point, if the wages are quite poor considering that there's such a 'high demand' (which is why there is such a high demand in the first place perchance??)

Bye
