Nsw have been siphoning money from the disaster payments scheme for decades...your 'insurance' seems to cover very little when you look at all the claims for roads and bridges coming out of nsw. your disasters just haven't come big enough to warrant a top up levy but your time will come...it is Australia you live in after all
