Yep, anything from 50mm- 80mm since 9am depending on area; bit of storm activity. Lots of roads with surface water, and lots of calls to the SES so if you ring them in brisbane/SEQ please be patient

Not as bad as Darwin though which was 28C and 80% humidity at roughly the same time, and it will stay like that up there for several months.
Darwin Schmarwin!!! Pffft. We regularly have about 85% humidity in the Gong. Mercury hit 29 degrees today, currently 20 degrees and 77% humidity.

I must have chosen the right suburb. Went for a motorbike ride today and it was raining everywhere around Kenmore, but not in Kenmore. Also only had a sprinkle this arvo while it was tipping it down everywhere else.

Tomorrow may be different however.

There are a few spots where the storms seem to split and go around, every time - we lived in one like that in Aspley, you could see the storm each side but only once did we get one go overhead.

They reckon Wynnum, Lota and Mt Cotton copped the most rainfall, very patchy as you say, a few houses got water in. Lighter rain overnight, more rain and possible storms tomorrow.....

13C here after an 8C minimum. It really doesn't feel like summer.

We do get quite a few cool days here in December and overall it has been a warmer than average month, but we have been missing the sun and dry days. It has been mostly cloudy and/or wet most days.

It has been subtropical weather and now we are getting the cooler weather. And it is still showery on most days.

Your all a bunch of assholes Its -12 right now, supposed to be -20 with a killer wind by the end of the week. Hurray for wind chills dipping below the -30 mark! So stoked to be moving to Australia in August.
