Lovely daytime weather at the moment - and the forecast for the long weekend is in the 30's but very cold overnight - dropped to around 1 or 2 degrees last night, not fun when you're on the night shift

Its been interesting in Melbourne the last week.
Thursday morning was way down in single digits. My accuweather app said feels like 2C.
Then it got hot, hot, hotter, extreme, insane totally psychotic at the moment. Its been mid 30's the northerly wind now is bashing buildings, downing gum tree branches, and kindly sent me flying down the driveway, it just just takes you off your feet
This is supposed to be the end of the 5 day horror spell, but it has to be experienced at the moment, I did hear winds will reach 100klm hour, feels worse than that to me, in qld you got mad weather/storms so its hardly like we are not used to it but this is just plain crazy.
However its 16/6 tomorrow . Cant wait !!

Live in Christchurch New zealand. Was a hot 27 degrees today and is 15 degrees currently. Spring time here is just perfect for working outside with most temps being around a nice 18-20 degrees ☺. Beats Ireland anyday lol

Went from ice on the car to 36 degrees in 10 days

(the ice was at 5am on early shift but still)

Yep, that's quite likely....going to be very hot, and not much chance (on current forecasts) of storms/rain either.

I've just done that weird thing where you step outside in brilliant sunshine and wonder why you're getting wet! Look up and there a black cloud way over there--> and the rain is hitting me. Hung the washing out anyway.
