What's the penalty !!!!!!......... ?????.
To anyone who can help... 
I,m busy looking through the proceedure of getting a skilled migration visa. When i've came to the police check, i'm a little worried that a couple of drink related offences, which occured about ten year ago. Could this jeopardise our claim for the visa's. It's not that i done anything bad, just a miserable copper who didn't like the thought of someone having a good time, while he was working............miserable get.... 
. So, i would be grateful if anyone could put my mind at rest...

Unless you comit a serious offence then it's not held against you.
Go onto search at the top of this and you will find previous posts to put your mind at rest. Good luck
