Rather than start a new thread, thought I'd tag on to this one....

What does it mean by "three way bathroom"?

Also, I've been avoiding looking a Fibro homes cos I assume that they are prefab type, am I right? Are they to be avoided?

Three way bathrooms are when you have a separate bog, shower, basin/bath - but they're in their own self-contained room (usually not separate by a door, just an arch). Basically means someone can have a nice private tom-tit whilst someone else is having a nice private shower. :)

Yea, fibros are, for the most part, shit-heaps - they're made from rigid sheets of cement compressed fibres. You see them in the real estate supplements usually with the pithy headline 'Renovate or detontate'. :D

Thanks for the prompt reply. Made me laugh!

I've noticed that the fibro homes have been very cheap so assumed they wouldn't be up to much.

I hadn't heard of a 3 way bathroom before, I presumed it must be a bathroom with access from a hallway and a bedroom either side of it, went and did a search and turned up this example floor plan:-
