Default What's Chelsea Victoria like?

Does any one know any thing about Chelsea. Are the schools any good? Is it safe, and family freindly? Is there much to do for a stay at home mum? Do you know if the beach is good? Many thanks for any info

Hi Cath, Chelsea is just down the road from us. The beach is stunning, as are all the beaches along there. However Chelsea itself is considered one of the not so good areas in the region. Although there are lots of families living there probably quite happily, the other areas around it such as Carrum, Bonbeach, Aspendale, Edithvale etc have better reputations. And Chelsea Heights, which is a different area further inland, is also not so flash.

Its all relative though... compared to a lot of places in the UK.
