That's what I would suggest, but there's no way to fully automate the process afaik. Maybe it'd be worth giving them a call or email

There is a statement in their rules about money laundering and the breaking down of a large amount in to smaller amounts, but I wouldn't think 250 notes would raise an eyebrow.
