Stuff the diet and gym. We are having Sausage and tomato batches, followed by a custard slice and a bottle of wine or 2.

Oooh, a custard slice - haven't had one of them for AGES! Mmm, I could just murder a cup of tea and a custard slice right now.

I think I'll pop off to Morrisons in a mo'!

Michaela, this is all your fault. I hope you feel suitably chastened for ruining my diet.

Re: What are you having for dinner ?

A £6 cut of ribeye griddled until medium drizzled with a home made sauce comprising shallots, garlic, a nip of Remy Martin, whole grain mustard, ground black pepper and a slurp of double cream ... :)

And to accompany ...

Home made wedges, green beans, carrots and lashings of garlic bread

And of course ...

A 2004 Pinot Noir :p

If there's room, I'll crack open a tub of Ben & Jerry's Caramel Swirl ...

;)

Minted lamb chops, new potatoes, peas and carrots.

And the diet buster of Ben and Jerrys' Phish Food. Not sure whether to have just the one tub or be a devil and have two. :p

B&J frozen yoghurt choccie brownie is quite yummy and will still allow for the flight without excess paggage being added for personal weight.
