If your,re anything like me you "sleep shop" as Jamie Oliver says......just by the same things every week, and cook the same old dinners ....

So come on guys let us know what your having and i might be able to conjour up something new for a change!

Also, will be interesting to see what you guys over in OZ will be eating .... if its healthier etc........ or if its just the same c***p different packaging

You don't tend to get many ready meals here, there are some like lasange in the chilled section, otherwise its frozen ready meals or of course cooking. We eat a similar diet to the UK but definately eat more fruit and vegetables.

We had a junk food night. Half a chook from Nando's in Brisbane CBD and chips from shop down the road, shared with hubby and Jock. Finished off the evening with a couple of chocolate truffles. Yum...

The only vegies were consumed in the form of a spring roll - that was not very nice, almost disgusting I would say.

Note to self and ADL - don't get spring rolls from chip shops again.

Cajun Chicken and Rice. I'm supposed to be dieting but I fancied something nice for tea other than grilled chicken and veg! Oh, and beer too - lots of it! Bugger the diet.
