I have a friend in romania and they want to come over to Australia, does anyone know what type of visas they can apply for?

All visa applications are judged on a basis of equality.

Thanks for the info, I got my visa through yourself back in 2002. Myself and my girlfriend on a skilled one.

My friend in Romania thinks she can get a 9mnth working visa, all she has to do is an interview, medical and show she has sufficient funds. Hopefully she will be ok to get the visa and visit.

I dont recognise the visa type she is describing.

Sounds like a Working Holiday Visa - but this is not available to Romanian's (it is only available to countrys who have a recipricoal arrangement with Oz)

Thanks again, I am not sure if she is getting confused, and has the option to get a 9month visitor visa? Do u know if that one is on offer in Romania.
