Default what Visa Class is to be applied for

Sorry to ask such a stupid question, - but it has been a long day and my brain is not working that well.

On the xray form is asks what Visa Class is to be applied for. Do I put Spouse?

No doubt in the morning after a good night's sleep I would be able to answer the question myself, but I have to fill in the form now.

My husband says he put down spouse.
And we got the visa 2 weeks ago
Don't think it's a very important question....( I mean the question on the form, not your question! lol!) You just keep asking

My agent put "136" in that part of the form. 136 is the class for skilled independant visa.

She (?) is going on a spouse.
I guess you could put down 309 or provisional spouse if you haven't been together for more than 5 years etc(otherwise it would be 100)

But as I said, I think just spouse will do, it's only the xray form anyway...

Anyway, not 100% certain about all this, so shouldn't really be posting

Off to bed, seeya's!

Oh Bondipom I am so disappointed. I thought you were full of knowledge and wisdom.

As Simone has worked out it is the Spouse Visa.

How did the flat hunting go?

I still haven't had my morning coffee. Partial wisdom will be restored then. As ever Simone is spot on with her advice. Its great having an influx of partner applicants helping out.

Nothing lit my fires with the flat hunting and it was so hot we only bothered with 2 places. No rush as plenty of stuff is coming on to the market and rent is cheap.
