what timing !

what timing !
hows this for timing , we have had our flights booked for some time now ( about 4 months ) started sell ing the house in january ,we fly out next thursday 15th , just had a phone call from solicitor, exchange NOW with completion on the 15th
I think i will be drinking all of that jack daniels now
good luck to all of you out there that are still waiting
