What are these Creatures in my Pool?

What are these Creatures in my Pool?
Every morning there are about 20-30 very small inspects(?) in my small pool, they cannot crawl there and i assume they have been dropped from the trees above. They are about 3-4mm long with two large side legs that they use for swimming. They are similar to water boatmen that you get in UK but smaller and they are sub surface. They have some orange shading along with silver and they actually resemble tiny fish. Please any suggestions?

Anything like this:
Backswimmers can vary in colour from green to brown to yellow but their back is light coloured
They breathe air, but can stay submerged for up to four minutes.
