What to take ?
Been looking for some pointers on what to take to Brisbane (not just clothes) on the immigration trip. With Singapore Air so hopefully 40kg for me and the wife, any pointers on what items to take as.
I was looking at a couple of 4 way adapters for our UK plug stuff - anything else a must other than clothes ?

Assuming you are going one-way, so this is not a validation trip.....
Bank/CC statements.
Letter from UK car insurer stating your No Claims Discount.
Some music.
UK driving licence

swimmers since you are coming in Feb 
all your important paperwork as wongston has mentioned, including things like birth certificates, insurance documents etc.
clothes that will suit you until your container arrives (in your case, summer clothes)
