We are going to start looking in the eastern suburbs first as it is close to work. We will give it a few months renting and hopefully by then we will have located an area where we would like to buy/ build if possible.
All very exciting!!!

One thing we have found, which seems common on here is the amount of different feelings on a day to day basis - rollercoaster ride!!!
We are hopeing to get a buyer for our house which has gone up for sale.
It is only Me and hubby, no children. I will be nursing in Melbourne when we get there!!

It works out really expensive to replace it all. You estimate how much your stuff is worth including all the kitchen ware. then allow more as the houses here are a lot bigger.
