hi all
this moving to australia thing is such a rollercoaster isnt it?
i go through days even weeks of being excited and not being able to wait to go and then as quick as anything im scared and worried about eveything, schools, jobs, houses selling and buying etc etc etc. i read the long thread about needing 80k to survive yesterday and although we should fingers crossed exceed that amount per yr its still scarey!!!!!!

im so at the beginning of all this as well - still collecting paperwork!! thats sooo frustrating, which should be a simply thing!!! i know as well that it can only get worse before it gets better - come on guys i need some encouragement!! :scared:

You're not alone, this is a real rollercoaster if ever there was one... you will need to pinch yourself when you get here and even then things keep on rolling!

PS The rollercoaster starts to slow down a few months into moving here!

I think the TRA bit is the worst, collecting all that info e.t.c. it can be a nightmare :scared: but once thats out of the way ,the rest is a doddle ! ( but expensive)

Good luck & dont forget to give them loads of info
