Default What is relevant work experience for..... IEAust

Hi friends.........
I am trying to get my assessment done for migration to Australia through IEAust. The documents say it requires a "Employer Reference Letter" if I have relevant work experience to apply by CDR. I want to know what do they mean by relevant work experience. Is it a certain number of years you count as work experience.
Also what happens if some documents are missing, do they reject the application or do they ask for it ??

Please clear my doubts. Thanks in advance.
