Anyone need a rental Perth Northern Suburbs?
I am doing the right thing by the wife and buying a house, so we will be breaking our lease on our house in Kallaroo.
5x2, big block, sea views, Pool and Gardening inclusive for $430 pw..
I am moving to Kinross at the end of October, or before if we find a new tennant.

Not really an advert as such MC as I don't own this property, more of a service for others...
