What happens to ICT applicants in the system?

What happens to ICT applicants in the system?
Does anyone have an idea how DIMIA will treat applications submitted before 16th July under ICT?

Will this affect our application if medicals were sent in mid June????
As far as we can understand the overall process they don't ask for your medicals until you have passed the initial points test - we are just hoping that we don't get put in a pile somewhere.............
