What form?
Hi All,
Just been looking thru the bumf the quack sent out for our meds next week.
It says we have to use a form 160 for the x-rays. On the immi website it says the 160 is for people who are applying WITHIN AUSTRALIA, is this the right form to take with us?

there is a form for use outwith Australia if your applying through the London department. I did the same thing as you and printed off the "within australia form" but there is definately one for outwith. Can't remember the link for it but it's definately there.

Thanks for that, it also requests a medical for 26, but this is the same.

We applied in the UK and used 160 for the x-rays and 26 for the medicals, different criteria if you complete in the UK, have attached both for you.
