Hi,

Just thinking this over with my hubby and realise that this is quite important as we have quite good employment law. Although I know it needs dragging into this century.

is there a OZ wide law or do each state set their own ?
Anyone know any key points :-

Is there legal holiday entitlement ?

Maternity entitlement ?

Notice periods ?

etc

If anyone can help it would be appriciated.
