Hi can anyone give me any advice as to what else i need from my ex to take my children to Oz he has already signed a declaration of consent form.Thank You

That should be all (I am no expert but been through that!)
Was the form supplied by DIMIA or drafted yourselves (through solicitors)?
As long as the form mentioned Australia, should be ok.

Hi Andrew, i downloaded the form from a thread on this site its from the Australian High Comission if i remember correctly it could have been yourself that i got it from,i just changed the temporary bit to permanent,

Thought this was familiar!
That was the form I used from DIMIA and also changed to "permanent" even though I am going on temporary - I expect to apply for permanent.
Anyway, my temp was granted using that form and the requiremnt is the same from temp or perm.

Hi again,
we have just recieved our visa applications to fill in and it says we have to provided a court order saying i have sole custody did you have to do this,my ex has a residency order but has he has given his written permission is the court order necessary
