What is Canberra like?
 

Hi all,

I have applied for a job in Canberra, and was wanting to know what it is like to live and work there.

We are a young family, and the idea of not being near a beach slightly puts me off, along with being inland (do not have the sea breeze to cool you down).

What is the average house price?
What are the schools like?
What is there to do?
etc
etc
