I posted a couple of months ago that we'd sold our house, well, unfortunately that fell through, so eight weeks and a change of estate agent later we've accepted another offer, no chain at either end so we are hoping to push it through in 6-8 weeks.

Cool

Doh....... hit the submit button before finishing......

Anyway, at last we feel we're right back on track and coming to the end of the rollercoaster ride.
To anyone out there having second thoughts, or wondering if it's all worth the hassle, please, keep the faith, stick with it and GOOD LUCK.

Maybe we'll see some of you guys over in Adelaide.

Blue.

Congratulations. Hope everything goes okay this time.
Wish we could say the same.

Hi Bluey

A perfect situation for you. No chain is brilliant. Good luck to you and with no chain , less chance of anything going wrong.

Cheers
BooBoo
wishing we were in that position
