We've sold the house...
After having our house on the market since October, we have finally sold it..
We have a largish 4 bed had plenty of interest but all the buyers were also on the market... this weekend we had 2 proceedable buyers, with completed chains, both made an offer this morning, and after a bit of toing and froing we have acepted an offer close to the asking price!!! yippeee....
Champers on ice for when hubby gets in from work...

Well done, congratulations.
Still not had many viewings for ours so we are speaking to the agents today about reviewing the price. It's getting really frustrating having the visas now but not being able to go until the house is sold. Just have to be patient for a bit longer I guess.

Now just get onto the agents back and make sure that everything is pushed through asap. We also were on in october and have sold twice and lost our buyers twice through the chain breaking down. Our buyers are still interested but it was the buyers lower in the chain who pulled out. I dont mean to sound negative I wish someone had told me
I made the mistake of not getting onto the agent and solicitor regularly.
I will send you some karma and wish you all the very best of luck
