Weve got it!!!
Just thought we would let everybody know we got an email today from our CO informing us that we have been granted our PR Visa. We feel fantastic now, just the house to sell now.wont worry about that tonight as we will be celebrating 
Good luck to anyone else who is waiting and if we can be of any help just let us know. speak to you all soon.

ps did you say the e mail came from your case officer or did you mean your agent...only i didnt think the co bothered to mail and say that they had granted the visa...i thought they just wacked it in the post

It was our case officer as we did not use an agent who sent the email. They normally only notifiy you by post but i emailed her to ask her if she would inform us by email when a decision had been made.It was suggested by someone on this forum last week and it certainly worked for us, sorry cant remeber the tread.
