Western Union ??
 

Hi,

I need to send a last payment to close my visa credit card account at home. The bank has advised the best way to do it is to send the payment through Western Union. Has anyone used them for this type of payment and is it a reliable and simple way to do this ?

hi i used it last week every thing fine if you go on there web site it will tell you costs jonny

Yea I have used them before – but a much easier and cheaper way is via your internet banking. That’s how I closed my credit card overseas.

I just did a funds transfer from my Australian internet banking to my Irish credit card.

Yes, i have used Western Union few times before, no problem, fast & effective. Like Mikey said, easiest would be through your internet banking...
