We're on our way!!
Just got our visas through this morning!!!! Fingers crossed our house goes through and we could be in Brisbane for New Years!!

Thanks for all your good wishes - this site has kept me going over the last 2 months (only discovered it in Aug). I am looking forward to meeting all of you that are Brisbane bound - we must make sure that we all keep in touch.
For those who were wondering how long it took - here is a rough timeline:-
July 02 TRA Assessment submitted - paid extra for speedy reply
Sept 02 TRA approval received
Dec 02 Main visa application sent off
May 03 Meds and police checks requested
July 03 Meds and police checks sent back
Oct 03 Visas received
