We're completing on our land tomorrow..
Just a matter of the eight bankers cheques to get and the land will be ours.
Monday we go to pick our bricks,rooftiles,kitchen, paint etc.
Wednesday the tiles and the folowing Monday we go to tender.
How hard is picking all the colours, and everything, to anyone who has done it.

Good Luck fraser for tomorrow and next week come to that. 
Have you got the plans and all that stuff sorted out then , when will it be ready? God I bet you are really excited.

We have put in an offer on a 4 bed house today with a pool. We like Cleveland and the house needs work doing but it'll be worth it if we get it at the right price. Just waiting for the agent to come back with a yes or no.

Hi Fraser
Its a bloody nightmare picking the bricks, roof tiles etc. Whatever you do dont pick them out the brochures cos they look nothing like the real thing...go round the builders merchants and have a look, ask if they have any broken samples u can have. Also if you see roof tiles/bricks you like then ask the supplier if they could tell you where these coulours have been used in the area....they will give you a list of addresses and u can drive round and see the real thing!!!!
