were back and good news all round
have just spent a fantastic 4 days in prague (beer 35p a pint!!!) and the good news is that we have had 3 offers of the full asking price for the house

wwe ideally like to go in june, the buyer we have picked has already sold their house and only has to get a small morgage,
but if it goes through quicker then well be off

heather we dropped the asking price by 20 grand last week as we were getting nowhere with the price we originally wanted and now have the 3 offers and our estate agent has said the he will get back to all 3 to see if they want to increase their original offer
