welfare report for permission to go to oz
hi I know that there are several of us who are battling with Ex's so that we can move to OZ.
It looks as though I will have to go to court.
I have picked up a lot of useful information from various forums.
I would like to know more about the court welfare officer's report as this seems pivital to the decision if I can go. My solicitor today did not give me a very clear idea and I want to have a really stong case stating why we are going. I know my Ex well and he will use every trick & slander to prevent us going.

If you have been to court and been involved with the court welfare officer and the report can you tel me your experiance.any tips are gratefully recieved.
Also do I use a solicitor or not. I hope that you can help. DollyX
