Hi just to let you all know in Aus while you are chilly there in winter we here in Blighty are having the 3rd wettest july since records began and its only the 19th today... so who knows we could break the record for it being the wettest ever!!!! Can't wait to get some decent sunshine all day long-please!!!!!
So when you start getting home sick think of the weather
Cheers

Mind this last month or so seems to have made up for it but we do need it I guess.

Bordy,
We understand that Melbourne has 4 seasons and we are quite looking forward to that.
We only seem to get Winter and Summer here!!! Spring and Autumn just blends into the miserable days amongs Winter and Summer.
Can you tell me what months are classed as which season and is there a definate change?
Good luck to all that are trying.
Regards Chris and Andrea

Don't panic Jill. Summer is on its way. We go on holiday to Portugal on Monday. Weather here is bound to be fantastic whilst we are away

Whether there's a 'definite change' or not depends on the city. Certainly there is for Melbourne, less so for Sydney.

Thanks Jeremy for the website it is really useful. Now i know my ideal situation would be to live in Brisbane during the winter and Melbourne during the summer - the best of both worlds - who says i cant have it? Probably the bank!!!!
