We now own 782sq mt of Australia!
Decided to take the plunge and bought a 782 sq mt block of land just outside Australind. It was bought off plan, so not quite ready to start building but we've already decided the house we want to build (went to mandurah to see the show house this arvo) and can hardly wait!

BTW you don't hang around. 17 days and got your own bit of land. What are you going to acheive in a whole month?

The builders said 12 months in total, so you never know, might be in by Christmas 2006

Has your builder got a website (I love to look at house designs and dream ...., LOL)? Whereabouts is Australind (had a look around Manudrah on the map, but couldn't spot it).
