Now I panic.
I have 17 days left before leaving here and I need to book my flights and pack.

Thanks Debra. We need to leave because our house is being rented out from the 1st September.
This visa should've come through 4 months ago so thought we had plenty of time to organise everything.

oh right, bit of a pain and what a long wait. Our time is dragging here - it can't come quick enough for me. We received our visa in april - and I had hoped to be in oz by July at the latest. but as OH is starting up own company - he's needed some fianancial backing and it's taking a long time to sort its been put on hold until mid Sept. Still it means that our two boys are getting a very long school holiday.
