We Got It!!!!!!
 

After all the waiting, got the call today that our 137 was granted today. Feel like my whole body is full of ants, can't sit still, am telling anyone who will listen.
Thanks to everyone here who helped us through the wait and answered all my sometimes daft questions.
For those of you still waiting, it is all worth it when this day comes.

visa granted 18 MARCH YEE HA

MANY CONGRATULATIONS, SOUNDS ALMOST THE SAME AS OUR TIMELINE, WE ALSO GOT OUR VISA THROUGH TODAY, SPENT MOST OF THE MORNING JUMPING UP AND DOWN LIKE A LOONEY.

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone, just thought I would update you on the next half of my tale.

Received the call about the visa from agent 2.15pm, so was dancing around like a lunatic, then estae agent rang to say bidding war was on the house, this stopped at 4.50 pm and by 5pm we had agreed the sale of our house.

So within 3 hours we had been granted a visa and sold our house, OH MY GOD!!!

Don't think I can take any more big shocks, sat like a zombie for an hour, couldn't take it in.

So all of you waiting to sell, it will happen.
