Warning....Opodo
Just another warning about flight booking with Opodo.
We booked some Emirates flights on-line for some of our family to come and visit. System accepted the dates and booking but stated that the flight times could only be given outbound as return times werent yet confirmed. Completed the booking on-line then rang them to ask when we could expect return details, we were informed that they couldnt provide a return flight at all????????
After much wrangling they voided the booking, assuring us that no money would be taken etc etc 4 days later, money goes out of account, contact Opodo who say they'll return it but it will take 15 days. Customer service has been apalling throughout, turns out that person who said they'd voided booking hadnt, despite sending e-mail etc to confirm it was done.
