Warning for bikers in Perth
I'm a member of a Perth motorbike messageboard and they're warning that there's apparently some idiot in the Herdsman lake area trying to wipeout bikers in his 4x4.
He's already hit 4 cyclists and 4 motorcyclists, so if you ride in that area do take care. Apparently it's a dark coloured/black 4x4 with blacked out windows. Police are aware of it but haven't found the driver yet. |

Re: Warning for bikers in Perth
I can never work out when someone is having a joke or being serious!!
So im gonna take this as serious.. There was a guy in the UK who was deliberatly knocked off his pushbike and broke his back...its a growing trend im afraid. The passenger of the car gets dared to lean out of the window and shove the cyclist as hard as they can. They are targeting kids as well as adults. As it happens in my area i wont let the kids out on their bikes at the mo.. Dont think its the slightest bit funny. so cant see why anyone is laughing. Nickie |

Re: Warning for bikers in Perth
I'm a cyclist in the UK and coming over to WA soon.
This kinda stuff in just not funny, would you be laughing if it was your son or daughter pushed/knocked off.............................I don't think so. Reminds me of some idiots in the UK who were stringing fishing line(or may have been Piano wire)across trails waiting to try and decapitate the next cyclist along. Brains in there Ar*e. |
Re: Warning for bikers in Perth
Although it's not funny the lunatic is doing what most of us feel like doing to cyclists.
