Get your company to enter a team into this. I've been in the last 2 years and the only bad thing is being seen in public wearing speedos. I've even managed to not get eaten by sharks in the harbour.

Series Dates The triathlons will be held on the following Sundays in 2005: 6 March

Its only a mini triathlon. First year round I had a weeks training and finished in 52 mins.

Sounds good, our company isn't big enough, so I'll be doing these five runs as a warm-up for the Gold Coast marathon/half (havent worked out which one yet! )

I don't think I am quite in your league..... I walk up and down the stairs at home a couple of times a day (OK... maybe 5 or 6 times). And that's about the extent of my exercise.

Actually it may be 10 or 12 times, hey....., I'm fitter than I thought

If I've told ya once, I've told ya a hundred times.... get on yer bike!! Not long till school goes back, then you'll have no excuse hey!!

Looks good but I won't be able to compete until next year as we won't be out in Oz for another 9 months. Hope it goes well. I am going for the London Traithlon this year and probably a couple of others. The training has gone really well and I haven't felt this fit until before we had kids

Also looking at maybe the odd half marathon to keep me interested before London in August

You only need 4 people. We have 4 teams entering.

ABC the cycle ride is only 8kms. As it is the middle event I use it as a break.

I did it !! I got on the bike !! and hey, I can still ride it, and i didn't fall off. !!

But.... up and down the street twice, and i'm kna******. Need to go for a lie down

This 18 speed gear change is a bit different to the old 3 speed one ! A few more days practice and I "may" get the energy to ride to the school next week, It's about 1km, EACH WAY
