Hi we are Diane & David and we are married in our 30's and moved from Wales to the Gold Coast and are moving up to the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra area) in about 2 weeks time. We have only been in Oz for about 2 months so we are really new to everything (eventhough we did live hre for 1 year whilst travelling about 3 years ago). We would really like to meet up with some other ex-pats as we don't know anyone at the moment!

We are looking to live around Dicky Beach or Caloundra we are going to go and look at a few places on Saturday. Have you made a few friends yet? or do you know of any ex-pats get toghethers that we could attend in the near future to meet more people?

Yep the is a meet up on Australia day at Mooloolaba spit. We are going and I know of quite a few other couples/families that are also going. Come along!!
