WA property market outlook
Dear All,

Being in Perth and seeing it go like this is even better. Especially when the rest of OZ (excluding QLD I think) was in a slight decline last year and WA was steaming on.
The resources demand is still strong and likely to be strong next year also.
OZ is back on a slow upwards cycle and the movement from East to West Coast is strong becuse of labour shortage.
Generally a lot of opportunity in jobs and houses are presented in WA at this point in time and going to be good in the years to come.
