w househen to sell our

Is there anyone out there who has sold there house before getting visas.
We are just ready to send all our info for the visas, but not to sure when to put house on the market. We also need to get the bond which is tied up in the house. :eek: :eek:

As a general point recent months has seen many of us with a visa in our hands but no house sale.....all very frustrating. I only got here when I did by remortgaging and renting my UK property.
