All our passports are now back in our 'sweaty little hands' permanent residency visas issued so now it's just a case of selling the house, (which is going through).....then we're out of here. Perth July.

Congratulations! I know how that feels. Great isn't it. Hope the house sells quick, seems to be taking too long for us. But that's because we are raring to go now we have our visa's.

It's a great feeling isn't it? I went to AHC to get ours and spent most of the day grinning like a demented idiot.

(Not that I don't look like a demented idiot most of the time anyway )

How did you get your permanent visa.

Did you go to the embassy or can you do it by post.

Please let me know. We are going iTRAVELLING THIS MONTH.

Sent the passports off by special delivery together with a pre paid special delivery return envelope, it took about a week.
Now we can at last officially go and never come back.
