Default visa rules

We have been asked for further information by CO relating to my working hours. I have sifted again through the papers but don't see anything. Can anyone help remind me?
I am the main applicant and they have asked for my working hours prior to the application being made. It is a skilled ind. visa, does anyone remember seeing the restriction being 20hours/week?
Is this only necessary if you need experience points?
Thanks
Karen

It's better to ask immigration questions on the Australia immigration forum, you have more chance of a reply there. In general, DIMIA will not consider work experience for general skilled purposes if it's less than 20 hours per week.

It has to be 20 hours a week JAJ is correct. You have to prove the 20 also by sending in Tax returns, accountant letters, business cards, photo's, and customer letters. I sent in everything I had. No matter how small, even advertising.

I hope this helps you
good luck Lace xxx
