Has anyone ever heard of anyone having a permanent visa refused? If so why; just one of the many questions which spring into my head in bed at night!! (sad or what)

I am sure that there are some people out there in this kind of situation but to be hinest you don't tend to hear a lot about Visa Failures....... I think I have only read about one and that was on some sort of misunderstandin between client > agent > Dimia.........
