I was just wondering what the chances are of this if you meet the requirements and fill the forms in correctly?

I know there are a lot of people who have been waiting a hell of a long time but there don't seem to be any (on here at least) that have been refused.

Is this because it is unlikely if you do everything right or just because they are too depressed to post (I know I would be!) I know the gov't have quotas etc but just wondering, as I say what the chances of being refused are?
