visa ref number?

visa ref number?
just starting to fill in the application for defacto spouse and have come upon a problem, I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me.
The visa askes if I have been to oz before and if so what was the electronic visa referance number.
I've been twice but as its an electronic visa have never got any 13 didgit referance number.
I have the dates and ticket stubs plus lots of other proof that I have been but not the ref number.
anyone had this problem before or can help??
