Visa NOT GRANTED
Dont know if group remember that i posted sometime ago, i was seeing if anybody had expereince of health issues Re my 17 yr old disabled son, well finally after long reports after long reports he didnt meet the health requirements so my visa has been declined on the grounds that he MAY need medical or community services in the future, GUTTED!! after some good advice on the forum which may i add i wish i had , had that advice to begin with but didnt find this site for ages after, myself and my wife realised that it wasnt going to happen, thanks to a couple of people, peter and george ,who gave us frank and honest views on our case.
we are very disappointed at the outcome but not surprised and have come to terms with it now and have decided that we are now moving to devon instead, wont have the same weather but........ there are a lot of plus points which in all honesty outway those of moving to oz.
thanks again

Woodthorpe - very posh. No seriously, maybe a fresh start is what you need and lots of clean fresh air.

So sorry things didn't work out for you. I have never been to Devon but from what people say it is a beautiful part of the UK so I sincerely hope that your new venture is successful and that you enjoy living there.
