Visa Granted Today

WE GOT IT..... WE GOT IT.... WE GOT IT....

Cant believe it. Agent telephoned this morning, and said you got it. We were expecting to be turned down, as we had problems over hours worked, which we only found out late in process, but we got it. Our application also required us to deposit $100K to gain the extra 5 points. Well agent said " no deposit required, Visa already granted". Agent has no idea why, but im not complaining.

Thanks for all the suppport this fourm has brought us. Now its time to sell the house and move. Best of luck to everyone else out there. :) :) :) :) :) :)

Heh-Heh!!!

A bit like us really...we got our visas granted in march, but didn't leave the uk until september, as we wanted out boy to finish his first "proper" year at school ( 1st year and all that)...

makes it all the sweeter when you get here though...

Good luck and best wishes. x :) :)

Congratulations - just bare in mind that the house sale thing will not happen over night. Don't want to dampen the mood but we've been hanging on for ages to sell our house despite getting our visa in October.

Thankfully, it's finally going through!

Good luck tho' and congratulations....this is where the real hard work begins!

Congratulations - nice to hear of someone getting their visa BEFORE they expected it for a change. And even nicer to get away without the bond (for whatever reason!)

Hope you continue to have the same sort of luck with your house sale and move. :)
