Does anyone know if you get a letter through the post that you have to send off for evidencing or do you use the email and print that off and send that for evidencing
any help gratefully received

Print off e-mail, add cover note about all who are going and what you have enclosed ie2,3,4,etc passports. Follow instructions abt silver pkt and enclose another silver envelope with home address on it. If not too sure, Post office will keep u right abt silver pkts. Quite straightforward. Good luck
